The top scorer in the regular season for the Kimberley Dynamiters is off to the AJHL.
Chase Miller has been acquired by the Calgary Mustangs Junior A hockey club after just one year with the Nitros.
The Calgary native will be returning to his home city and is eligible to play two more seasons of junior hockey.
Dynamiters head coach Derek Stuart says Miller is a great hockey player on and off the ice.
“[He is] a very well respected player and individual and well respected within the community.” explains Stuart. “He was one of the guys that attended the gym quite frequently and was very dedicated away from the rink.”
The 19 year old forward scored 19 goals and 51 points in 41 regular season games with Kimberley last year.
Miller then added two goals and 14 points in 17 outings during the 2017 playoffs.
