Fresh local produce is back on the shelves as our farmers’ markets open for another season.
The Kimberley Farmers’ Market opens June 22 from 5 to 7:30 P-M and will operate every Thursday until September.
The outlet was founded in 2014 as part of Wildsight’s food sustainability initiative in response to residents’ desire for locally harvested food.
The Cranbrook Farmers’ Market also starts this weekend and will open its doors from 9 AM to 1 PM every Saturday.
The Key City market features over 40 local vendors offering fruits, vegetables, baked goods, teas and more.
