The Kootenay ICE announced Wednesday the acquisition of a 2019 sixth round draft pick from the Victoria Royals in exchange for 1998-born forward Jeff de Wit.
“We would like to thank Jeff for his time with the ICE and wish him the best of luck in Victoria,” said Matt Cockell, President and General Manager.
de Wit suited up in 15 games for the ICE recording two goals and four points. The fourth-year WHL player has 22 goals and 58 points in 226 career WHL games.
