A sentence for two Bountiful men convicted of polygamy last year will be known June 26th.
Justice Sheri Donegan set the date for the sentencing decision in Cranbrook Court Tuesday morning.
Winston Blackmore and James Oler were both found guilty last July for practicing polygamy.
Last week, the Crown asked that Blackmore be sentenced to a prison term of three to six months and Oler be imprisoned for one to three months.
Blackmore’s lawyer called for a conditional or absolute discharge in the case, so that he may continue working and supporting his family.
