Another driver is receiving a failing grade from Columbia Valley RCMP after being caught passing a school bus picking up or dropping off students.
Police received a report Thursday of an older red Ford car illegally passing a stopped school bus on Highway 93/95.
Drivers are reminded that anyone caught passing while a bus has its emergency lights on could receive a 368 dollar fine and three demerit points.
Buses are equipped with camera systems to help identify drivers that pass them when stopped.
RCMP in the Columbia Valley have voiced concerns over this issue multiple times in the past.
