Two men from Bountiful convicted of polygamy last year will likely know their sentence Tuesday.
Justice Sheri Donegan heard arguments from Crown and Defence council at a hearing in May before setting June 26th for a sentencing date for Winston Blackmore and James Oler.
The Crown asked that Blackmore be sentenced to a prison term of three to six months and Oler be imprisoned for one to three months.
Blackmore`s lawyer called for a conditional or absolute discharge in the case.
Winston Blackmore was found guilty last July for practicing polygamy after the court heard he had married 24 women.
James Oler was also found guilty of having five wives.
