Columbia Valley RCMP says an impaired driver near Radium had a baby on board.
Police responed to a report of erractic driving east of the Radium Hot Springs Saturday morning.
Witnesses suggest the motorist left the pools and almost hit a flag person working in a construction zone.
Officers caught up to the suspect vehicle at a gas station in Radium and found the driver changing a baby’s diaper.
The woman reportedly admitted she was behind the wheel of the vehicle that left the hot springs.
Mounties says several indicators led them to believe the woman was intoxicated and subsequent breath samples proved a “FAIL” reading.
The woman’s driver’s licence was seized for 90 days and the vehicle towed and impounded for 30 days.
