Final remediation of the Fernie Memorial arena is set to take place over the coming weeks.
The facility has been closed since mid-October after three men died in a suspected ammonia leak.
WorksafeBC says they, in conjunction with RCMP and Technical Safety BC, have been trying to determine the cause of the tragedy.
However, no details of the investigation have been released.
WorksafeBC says residents can expect to see increased activity at the arena and may hear noise such as alarms going off.
They insists there will be no impact or hazard to the community.
