Two Bountiful men will be sentenced in Cranbrook Court Tuesday after being convicted of polygamy last year.
A judge dismissed a constitutional challenge in Cranbrook court in March, throwing away an application to stay the proceedings of Winston Blackmore and James Oler.
The two, who are both connected to the religious community of Bountiful, were found guilty last July for practicing polygamy.
Donegan told the courtroom in March she does not accept the evidence in the appeal and does not believe any religious freedoms were violated by a ruling on polygamy.
Polygamy has a maximum five year prison sentence under the Criminal Code.
