Police had their hands full investigating reports of drunk driving in the Columbia Valley over the weekend.
Two drivers were taken off the road on Saturday at different times of the day.
Officers received a report of an impaired driver near Radium Hot Springs around 1:40 am Saturday morning.
They found the man, who police say admitted to consuming alcohol before failing a breath test.
A second driver was stopped about 13 hours later North of Canal Flats.
Officers say the person smelled of alcohol and also failed a breath test.
Both were given 90 day driving prohibitions. The driver near Canal Flats was also given a violation ticket for driving without a license.
