Its your last chance to get your voting package in for BC’s referendum on electoral reform.
The deadline for the vote was originally November 30th, but that was extended to 4:30 pm Friday by Elections BC due to the rotating postal strikes.
Voting groups say residents should take advantage of the opportunity to make your voice heard.
At this point, the only way to make sure your vote is counted is to deliver the ballot to your local Service BC office.
Ballots can be accepted at locations in Cranbrook, Fernie, Golden, Invermere and Sparwood.
